About G&S Gas

Since 1963, G&S Gas Service has helped thousands of customers throughout Middle Georgia enjoy the comforts and conveniences of propane gas. Founded by two brothers, Raleigh and Ray Garrett, and Tommy Simmons with a desire to provide reliable propane gas and great customer service to Milledgeville, GA and the surrounding areas, G & S Gas has come a long way in its 58 year history. Raleigh’s son Larry now owns the company and serves as the president of the corporation. Larry’s son Raleigh, named after his grandfather, joined G & S Gas in 2013 to make G & S Gas a third generation family business. In addition to Larry and Raleigh, G & S Gas has a team of dedicated employees, many with over 20 years of experience at G & S, who have driven the company to reach its current state.

We have whole house back-up GENERAC generator and it pays to keep it ready to run especially with these afternoon thunder-boomers and the hot weather.     Over the weekend before New Year's, we unexpectedly found ourselves in need of a service on our gas fireplace. Hopeful, but not expectant, we called G & S the morning of Monday, December 31st - New Year's Eve. They had a full day already scheduled but they managed to have a serviceman come out around 3:30 p.m. Vince was very knowledgeable and managed to get our fireplace up and running. He shared other beneficial information for future renovations to our home. We are very grateful for the high quality of service provided and will continue to be customers for many years.
